Don't assume that the seller knows a lot about selling a house and the various documents and processes involved.
People don't sell houses that many times in a lifetime and details may be different in different states. This group subcontracts a lot out to other people which may be a good thing, but I needed to ask a lot of questions about things I needed to do, and it seemed assumed that I would know about things. But all things considered, I liked working with the group and the realtors were friendly and professional.

The property was on the market longer then expected but 3 months the market was shut down due to COVID.
The agent tried virtual showings.
Dave made me feel like I was part of his family.
He was respectful of my wishes and needs and also reassuring as the market is so fast paced at the moment. Several offers lost as I was out bid. I purchased a smaller property as I have very limited funds but Dave made me feel like I was a priority.
